Cut out the individual cup sections from a cardboard egg carton. Trim four V-shaped notches into the rim of each cup to form four rounded petals. Have children paint the inside and outside of the cups using bright acrylic paints. Once dry, poke a small hole through the bottom of each cup and insert a green pipe cleaner, securing it with a knot or a pom-pom on the inside.
