Guest Engagement and Tactile Wall Styling
An interactive voting board transforms party decor into an engaging activity station where guests visually register their gender predictions upon arrival. This design concept features a large framed board, wooden chalkboard, or clear acrylic sheet mounted on a wooden easel, decorated with a clean central title such as “What Will Baby Be?” or “Cast Your Vote.” The board is divided into two distinct aesthetic columns using custom graphics, dried floral swags, or color-coordinated ribbons representing each prediction option. Guests place custom wooden tokens, colored pins, or personalized stickers onto their chosen side, creating a dynamic visual tally that evolves as more attendees arrive. Setting up the voting station near the main entrance establishes an immediate, welcoming focal point that encourages guest interaction while framing the space with personalized detail.

Execution and Assembly Method
Select a twenty-four by thirty-six inch wood-framed canvas or clear acrylic sheet, cleaning the surface thoroughly with microfiber cloth to remove dust. Apply vinyl lettering across the top center to form the main title, drawing a subtle vertical line down the board axis using fine gold metallic tape. Mount a small wooden shelf or attach two wicker baskets to the bottom of the board to hold voting markers, such as pink and blue wooden pins or custom printed botanical stickers. Frame the upper left corner of the easel with a small pre-assembled floral spray containing dried pampas grass, white roses, and preserved palm spears tied with velvet ribbon. Position the completed easel in a well-lit entrance zone alongside a small side table holding an instruction sign and a guest signing book. Ensure the easel legs are fully extended and locked, placing a discreet weight behind the rear leg to prevent tipping as guests interact with the board.
