1. Spray paint an old metal embroidery hoop or small wagon wheel frame with rust-resistant outdoor paint.
  2. Glue three matching teacups onto their respective saucers using waterproof E6000 adhesive and let cure for 24 hours.
  3. Attach three equal lengths of lightweight copper chain from the hoop down to the handles and saucers of the teacup sets.
  4. Join the top chains at a central carabiner ring and hang from a gazebo or tree branch, filling the cups with wild birdseed or tea lights.
