1. Apply black base gel followed by a full layer of emerald velvet cat eye gel (dispersing the shimmer uniformly). Cure for 60 seconds.
  2. Apply a velvet-matte top coat across the entire nail surface and cure for 60 seconds.
  3. Cleanse the matte surface with isopropyl alcohol.
  4. Using a fine liner brush dipped in a high-shine, non-wipe top coat, paint a curved French tip or a geometric line down the center of the matte nail.
  5. The underlying cat eye shimmer stays soft and diffused under the matte zone, but instantly transforms into a deep, liquid-emerald mirror under the glossy top coat stripes. Cure for 60 seconds.
