Setup and Arrangement Method
Obtain three miniature wire or acrylic dress forms measuring twelve inches in height, wrapping the lower waist sections with multiple gathered layers of blush pink tulle to form full tutus. Position the dress forms at equal intervals along a cream linen table runner. Set small, footed glass urns beside each dress form, inserting saturated floral foam blocks into the urn bases. Insert short-cut blush peonies, pink spray roses, and cascading maidenhair fern into the foam until a rounded, dense botanical dome is formed. Weave thin blush satin ribbons loosely between the urns and dress forms, tying loose bows at table ends. Position small glass votive holders containing LED tealights around the tulle skirts, illuminating the soft fabric layers from below.
