Combining soft blue swirling with metallic silver foil accents produces a stone-like, icy marble texture on short or long nails. Apply a sheer white or pale blue base polish to all nails and allow it to set. Place small drops of white, icy blue, and deep sky blue polish onto a smooth palette, dipping a fine detail brush into all three colors simultaneously. Gently swirl the brush across the nail surface in fluid, sweeping motions to simulate natural quartz veining. While the swirled polish is still slightly tacky, use tweezers to place tiny flecks of silver leaf foil along select marble veins. Press the foil flat before applying a thick layer of smoothing top coat.
