Execute this design by selecting a heavy-knit adult crew or boot sock. Sew a strong inner liner pouch from cotton scrap fabric, filling it with one to two pounds of smooth glass or plastic weighted pellets. Insert the weighted pouch into the center of the sock body, packing soft fiberfill around it so the exterior remains soft and plush.
