Modern, futuristic, and playful! Instead of a single continuous puff, the high puff is partitioned vertically into two or three stacked “bubbles” using metallic gold wire or elastic ties.
This creates a segmented, sculpted pineapple pillar that offers incredible vertical height and architectural interest.
Step-by-Step Styling Guide
- Create Base High Puff: Secure all hair into a high puff at the crown using a sturdy elastic tie.
- Section First Bubble: Place a second elastic tie 2 to 3 inches above the base tie, pulling the coils between the ties outward gently to form a rounded “bubble.”
- Repeat Segments: Wrap a third tie further up if length permits, or wrap metallic gold craft wire spiraling up the column.
- Fluff Top Crown: Fluff the top exposed coils into a crown-like fan shape.
