Choose light, flowy curtains that allow natural light to filter in while maintaining privacy. If you want a layered look, combine sheer curtains with heavier drapes. During the day, you can let the sunlight pour in, and at night, you can close the drapes for added warmth and coziness.
Roman shades or bamboo blinds are also excellent options for apartments. They add texture and style while giving you control over the amount of light in your space.
