Build the hexagonal lantern room atop the deck using clear plastic strips framed with cardstock columns, capping the room with a conical cardboard roof. Spread textured stone paste across the lower half of the tower to simulate salt-weathered bricks, scoring horizontal block lines with a wooden stylus.
