Cut pink, coral, and red tissue paper into two-inch squares. Instruct children to crumple each tissue square between their palms into loose, crinkled 3D puffs. Dip the base of each crinkled puff into a shallow dish of clear PVA craft glue and press it onto the sticky film inside the marked petal boundaries. Fill the central flower core with tightly balled dark brown or golden yellow tissue pellets to form the textured seed head. Let the glue dry completely for two hours until the crumpled petals become rigid, tactile, and translucent.
