Key Sewing Steps
- Hem the inner edges of both back envelope panels.
- Place front and back panels WRONG sides together; stitch a 1/4-inch seam around the outer edges.
- Trim seam allowance down to 1/8 inch, turn case wrong-side out, and press edges flat.
- Sew around the perimeter again with a 3/8-inch seam allowance, completely trapping the raw edges inside.
