  • Cut three horizontal base shelves ($9times12$ inches) and a rear vertical backboard.

  • Seal all raw exposed corrugated edges using water-activated gummed kraft tape.

  • Wrap each individual component in peel-and-stick wood grain vinyl, smoothing out air bubbles with a plastic scraper.

  • Assemble the shelves into the stepped side panels using high-temp hot glue along the seams, reinforced with internal 90-degree cardboard triangular gussets underneath.

  • Line the bottom base with self-adhesive felt pads.
