A dual-purpose garden feature featuring a shallow teacup feeder suspended over a wide saucer bird bath.

  1. Select a wide, deep vintage pie dish or large serving plate to serve as the bottom water basin.
  2. Center a sturdy glass tumbler or upside-down bud vase in the middle of the pie dish, securing it with waterproof construction glue.
  3. Glue a complete teacup and saucer set on top of the central glass tumbler.
  4. Fill the bottom wide dish with 1 to 2 inches of fresh water for songbirds to bathe and drink.
