1. Turn the saucer upside down and glue a 1/2-inch copper pipe cap or threaded brass flange directly to the center of the saucer bottom using E6000 adhesive.
  2. Once cured, turn the saucer right-side up and glue the bottom of the teacup securely into the center of the saucer.
  3. Push a 4-foot copper pipe or sturdy wooden dowel rod into your garden bed soil until firm.
  4. Apply a dab of glue or screw the copper pipe cap/saucer assembly onto the top of the stake.
  5. Fill the cup with water to act as a mini bird bath or fill both the cup and saucer rim with black oil sunflower seeds.
